According to the information from the NBS, China’s Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 2.5% y-o-y and maintained same as May. Food price increased by 2.9% and non-food price went up by 2.5%. CPI went up by 2.5% in urban and 2.6% in rural areas compared with last year. China’s Producer Price Index (PPI) went up by 6.1% y-o-y and maintained same as last month. Purchase prices of raw materials increased by 8.5% y-o-y.
